Debbie Lilly loves being a REALTOR with CENTURY 21
First Group in Tyler! She grew up in the Tyler area and chose to stay.
She lives in Whitehouse with her husband Bud and her son Zach. Her
daughter Amanda and son-in-law TJ live nearby. They all feel very
blessed to be a part of this community!
Bud and Debbie both work in Tyler. He works for
Brookshire Grocery Company, while Debbie is very pleased to be at
CENTURY 21 First Group. She says, 'We have a phenomenal office of
agents. We work really hard, but have a lot of fun together. Our broker,
Jason Wright, would not have it any other way! In a market down 16% in
volume from 2007 to 2008, our office is UP 70%! We are trained and
challenged to be outstanding for you.'
Debbie got her real estate license because she and
Bud love to buy, remodel, and sell houses. She knows that's not
everybody's hobby! She enjoys helping people find a property they love
whether it is move-in ready or has lots of potential and needs some
work. Same with helping clients sell homes.. She usually has an idea or
two to make it more appealing so it can sell faster!
